Out-of-state checks may be held ten business days before your order can be processed.
Return Policy - You may return your order for a partial refund if it is in new, re-saleable condition within thirty days of receipt, minus a 25% Restocking Charge.
All parts, packaging materials, original cartons, and instruction materials must be included. Mailboxes with Custom Addresses cannot be returned for a full
refund. Please include your receipt (usually a print out of your emailed invoice which you should receive at the time you placed your order). Refund
includes the cost of the mailbox, post, or other product. It does not include the cost of shipping your order to you, nor the cost of shipping it back to us
unless it is clearly a case of defective merchandise. Any warranty problem must be handled by the manufacturer GM Mailbox Company LLC, with which we will
assist.
